I came across this.
http://makeupsdeliver.org/
I have a question though. I am a part time worker and I was wondering if the starting wage increases, will adjust for workers pay rate who've been in the company for a while?
Here's an example of what I mean:
Lets say a worker makes $10/hr , and the starting wage goes from $8.50 to $10.
Would this mean the worker would go up a $1.50 plus the $.70 raise at the start of the contract putting him/her at $12.20? (10+1.5+.7= 15.20)
Or would it mean the worker would not be adjusted for the change in starting pay and just go from $10.00/hr to $10.70/hr?
I'm not sure if anyone knows, but I figured I'd ask.
