As long as you do not ever violate HOS, you would be fine. If you are a permanent hire, the union may have an issue. Would be something to look in to.

There sure are a lot of package guys that never worked a day in feeder full of great advice, here. Yikes.

They will have a problem if they call you to come in and your not available.....especially close to or during peak....remember you don't have "days off".....your on call 24/7.

Also...you need to work every day you can get to make your 30/90......you'lll work a ton during peak.
