For a next day air early AM delivery with a 9AM commit time, what would be the earliest an attempt might be made?

Ok, rephrase of the question.
What time is the earliest a Customer might see an attemp with a commit time of 9AM?

As early as is physically possible that day depending on what the volume of early a.m's are, and weather . If it is a business it does not go by posted hours, but as early as possible. Also I believe that a second attempt is to be tried within an hour of the first attempt. At least that is the way our building handles them.

I used to deliver EAMs, we had a 6:30 start time and the commit time was 8:00. My Hub is about two miles South of the Atlanta Airport, so we sent a shuttle driver up there to get it as soon as the planes were unloaded. So the answer to the question depends on the driver's start time and how close the airport is.
