Its a way of trying to reduce fraud. They must use a credit report to do it. I know on my credit report it has one of my known addresses as My sons house in another state. You get 4 questions, and if you miss two, you get one more chance then it is on to another website to try again. Two of my four questions were answering my street address in that other state, and the state, so i had to wing it, but I guessed right, LOL..I never lived there.
