Impossible. Maybe 30 years ago it existed. Nowadays a new "method " is created ,and or changed , daily. The book would be at lest 857 pages....

You forgot "hand to surface"!
I think I forget that one about 900 times a day, to be perfectly honest.... though.... technically.... I do hand-to-surface a lot of the packages that get slid in from the back of the truck to the front. They never really specified what kind of momentum should be involved with the whole "hand-to-surface" thing.....
I do know that I'll never forget OHIO thanks to my favorite PT Supe in my building: "Only handle it once."
I thought that was an official method until I tried talking back to a suit with OHIO early on as a package handler..... I got kind of chewed out on that one with all types of "Adjust the load" talk, but I still follow OHIO to a T unless I'm literally running out of space in the truck and I have to get creative because I'm now on level 119 of 3D Tetris.

UPS Package Delivery Methods
I'm looking for the Preload Methods. This is apparently the Delivery Methods, they may be out of date because the date is 2009.
