PT Package Center Supervisor Salaries

Depend upon where the misloads and pickups are. If they are in the same general area you either run them off or send the neighboring driver a message asking where they would like the pkg to be left. If one driver needs help with a pickup they could do the same.
Our misloads are never in the same area. Too many meesters to help another driver out with his pick ups.

Truth be told, if the company would simply activate the driver to driver communication in the DIAD 90% of what you do would be taken care of.

Hell, why not just get you to do our jobs for us? I mean, hell, you look at a DIAD, take the box where it says, rinse and repeat...so obviously you got this covered man!

Ah, yeah, it's gotta be rough for his generation. We just don't take very good care of the elderly anymore.

Please don't be less than 60 Upstate..please. :P

He might be, at least not much more than that.

I know for a fact I'm older than he is, and much more stable.

And less grouchy. He comes off as having spent far too much time in the seat. I think he needs a hug. Will I use the hug to cop a feel? Can't rule it out!

I was a part time supervisor for 6 years while I finished school. I was at $22.50/hr @27.50. I was hub and feeder. I went specialist and was bumped to $26/hr @ 40 hours. I would think that your yearly reviews placed you low and were not getting a good percentage of "the pot" for raises. If I remember correctly part times max out under $30/hr then there is no more raises.
