Map payout is you get paid out for the sick days you don't use during the year. Your incentive not to call in sick is they give you money for the sick days. Purple payout is ...see post 3 then post 4

I don't get paid Map. I use all my sick days AND get paid for them. Lol.

as you should, but I know of people that actually won't call in sick when they're really sick just because they want that extra paycheck. Which sucks, cause then they get everyone sick.

I haven't called in sick once in the last year....but I also haven't been sick so no reason to call in. We have some drivers that seem to call in once a week.
