I no longer take it, but because Matt says I don't have to, that's the evidence for me that says, take it, and slam them on everything. Like I said, read between the lines and think about why he would want you to have an out.
Most of the time, people and corporations( Mitt Romney would say corps. are people but..) only suggest something because it benefits them. For example, if your company asks you if you would like to change over to some new pension plan. It's not because its going to make you more money but rather just the opposite. MFE has a point. Why now, after all these years, would they say it's optional? I think the fact that last years reviews where so down, they think it could very well happen again this year. Now with this new routing system that has drivers doubling back from one side of a busy HWY to another and driving in circles, maybe the feel in the room is one of which the drivers are even more unhappy. I know I'll be taking it and answer every question honestly.
