Retro Check Inquiry

Hey BC Family Members,

I have a question in regards to retro check outs. So to my understanding is retro check occur from august 1 - April 25. With that being said I had two weeks vacation in the second and third week of August but got paid in July.

So does that mean they still owe pay for those vacation hours?

I spoke to my coordinator and she says that I'm not suppose to get paid because I got my check before August.

Please if anyone can help me out with this it would be greatly appreciated.

You actually got paid the raise for the Aug 25 week, so retro only goes to the Aug 18th week.

Since those vac checks were for weeks in Aug, you should absolutely get those raises in retro. Are you sure you didn't get it?

No I didn't get it, I calculated my vacation hours and I'm short like 45 hours if pay
