What's the proper way to sheet a call tag as already picked up? I've done non-delivery->refused->duplicate for 2 days in a row and keep getting the call tag in my EDD.

I'd do cancelled then, and give to OMS to cancel again.

Sometimes get them back anyway. Our calltags are in the cab in the AM and the driver puts them in the load. If I find a cancelled tag the next day, it does not even leave the building with me.

The last couple of weeks we get the same Call Tags showing up in EDD the second day even though they get picked up the first attempt. We have a new OMS, I don't know if thats the problem or not.

I've been driving for almost a year and know what I'm doing with call tags...I was posting as to why the call tag kept showing up in my board when I was sheeting it as trained...turns out Amazon kept generating a new call tag each day (OMS showed me that they were different tracking numbers) and that I was doing it right.

Scan tag, wedge into door if package is not left outside for you. Stop complete.
