Starting pay

Was hired permanent 16th of jan.2014 With starting pay of 9.50...friday I saw that my pay rate went to 10.50...new hires suppose to start off at 11.00..so what's going on?

Preload is suppose to get the extra dollar an hour. UPS took it away when we went to the PAL labels.

Ok since im at 10.50 now will I get a raise starting this monday? From the new contract or will I have to wait a couple months until next raise.....sorry im not that fast

You're in progression. You'll get progression raises not general wage increases.
