True but if you don't work at another union job doesn't matter. Just a simple step to take just in case.

On another thread the original poster had an issue with hours being posted incorrectly.
Had he had a withdrawal card, some of his issues would have been corrected easily.

Thinking of retiring with the $4800 pension amount when I hit 55 next year. Does anyone have any idea how much taxes would be ?
My pension amount is slightly larger than the amount you mentioned.
I have $1020 ( federal ) and 300 ( state ) removed each month.
( state taxes vary, some places don't even bother with it )
