We don't work for an "average company"???

We work for a Company who was providing superior benefits, while recording record profits.

Why should we have settled for anything less than status quo....and why are you content to "stand by" averages???
Perhaps you should quit and see how the other 99% of the country manage. Seems like you are still alittle sore over the concessions, but UPS isn't even a top 20 company.

I know of people paying several hundred dollars a month for their health insurance with a $5k+ deductible and only 60% coverage after that. People with degrees and skills that take years to acquire.
So ... they can quit and get a job with better benefits. It's not that they are chained to their work area.

A company that has a workers comp injury record multiplied many times worse than most any other vocation and what is deemed non work related is normally tied to what we do, the weight of the freight we move with our bodies, and the confined area we have to work with.

Yeah, I know, work more "safely" to preserve ourselves but the 30-69 lb packages still add up in time.
