Where are Ted's clever words when he is faced with the actual victims of his draconian policies? Rafael loves this country so much that he has told us all to pray away our illnesses and come to Jesus. He also is afraid to use his real first name, because his supporters would assume he's a landscaper, busboy, or illegal looking for work down at the Home Depot.
