Mastodon to co-headline with the life size version of Dethklok, the animated band from Adult Swim’s Metalocalypse along with friends Converge and High on Fire. The 40-city tour will begin October 2, and scorch the nation coast-to-coast. Tour dates are listed below. Ticket pre-sale begins Tuesday Aug 4, at 10:00AM. General public ticket sales begin Friday, Aug 7, at 10:AM.

Cach you got that right, and rumor has it that Rob lives in San Diego in Hillcrest which has a big gay population. I was just looking around at all the head bangers thinking to myself, do they know this metal head, with his bad bike and loud voice with all his leather, is gay? He can still sing though.
It was ok, great people watching.
 
It`s not the guy thats out in the open,what will mess with their minds is the guy who`s not. Ten years down the line when they`re wearing their 09 concert shirt or worse their shoulder tatoo the guys in the band will come out of the closet.:happy2:

Just saw Midnight to Twelve and Candlebox the other night... Candlebox was ok but Midnight was excellent,,, good show..... next up is Aug 29... group called Framing Hanley

This wednesday I'm going to see NOLA supergroup Down.....Posted a video of their in the what are you listening to thread....2 weeks from wednesday Im going to see NWOBHM band Motorhead :D

Awesome show last night...All 3 bands were killer....Place was packed tighter than a good loaded PC during Peak....Evil Army were barred from playing because Disney was offended by their name :whiteflag:

The wife and daughter went to see U2 at Soldier Field in Chicago last month. It`s the fifth tour she`s gone to see them. Too bad I had to work:sad-little:

Went and saw Metallica Sunday night. Great show although I did have some beefs with the sound EQ. Gojira, a french death metal band and Lamb of God opened. Both very good and enjoyed Gojira who are death metal in using growls but also has a solid progressive element to their music.
