If you can't find the room in your budget to donate more than a couple bucks per week to ANY charity (United Way or otherwise), you are cheap. Very cheap. Maybe 3/1000 people can come up with a sob story of why they shouldn't have to ("I literally have cancer, but have to drive 58 hours/week on an industrial route"...sure buddy), but for the other 997, and especially those making top rate, it's incredibly selfish.
This obviously doesn't apply to Part-Timers, who are constantly getting shafted.
