Just imagine the first guy who pulls a muscle in his back stretching at PCM and has to god to the hospital. Them instructing you to stretch is kinda ignorant.

I just stretched getting out of bed Friday and pulled a back muscle. Can't look left at all and I'm under 30. Sure wish that would have happened at PCM instead of home. Lol.

Proper egress = having your truck so full you can't even get into the bulkhead door.

That is true...lol. My sup was referring to egress on the lines...no stacking outside the trucks.

They say that to us too... And I tell them unless they want me to stop the belt every 20 minutes I'm going to be stacked out.
