I grew up learning that anyone could run for and become president.
anyone is now the republican candidate. its an interesting experiment to see if anyone really can get elected or if the system works against any such non government type who makes that effort.
This letter is an expected part of that experiment. For anyone to win he will clearly have to overcome the resistance from those who have lived off the government teat their whole careers and resent his intrusion into their sanctuary.

Donald Trump spent more than a quarter-million dollars from his charitable foundation to settle lawsuits that involved the billionaire’s for-profit businesses, according to interviews and a review of legal documents.
