Ours is generally two pages long and lists all bulk stops with 15 or more packages. My loader uses this information to tweak the load as needed.

My loader does a really good job. I try and tell him every day i appreciate his efforts,and on fridays i'll bring him Mickey D's or perhaps a box of donuts. I know many here dont believe in a little good will for the pre loaders but it works well for me

how many routes are on each belt/boxline?

We've outgrown the facility that were in but we have two belts and off each belt their are roller lines. On my belt their are 27 trucks and 1 TP-60 and than 4 roller lines, R1 has 2, R2 has 4 , R3 has 5 and R4 is going into the mechanics bay so it's got around 10-12 trucks. I'm not sure about the 2nd belt as I've never loaded down there but at the end of it their is a PDC.
