I'm new to this forum. I have been waiting for a big package (destination: Massachusetts) since the 28th of last month. There hasn't been any tracking update since the 30th at 1am (arrival scan in Oakland CA) its now the 5th of July.. Is this something I should be concerned about? It still says "Rescheduled Delivery date July 7th) but there are no update scans in the last 5 days.. so i'm not sure how they know it will be delivered the 7th.. I called the 1800# and they said its due to holidays that they don't scan during them. Below is my latest tracking info
