when you go from part time to full time your vacations are based on your company start date not full time start date, so you keep the number of weeks.
What will happen is when you go full time they will pay out your part time vacation week/s and you have to wait a year until you can take a vacation but you will keep your weeks

Yes. Big issue here in 177.
It benefits newer drivers to transfer to feeders, but guys like me that are halfway home or almost done in package, we'd be fools to go to feeders.

Depends. For me wasn't a big deal. I had like 2 weeks and my wife was in school. No way I was getting off during the summer when she was off anyway.

Approved vacations get paid out two weeks before schedule regardless if he goes.
