Anything over 5 hours a dayIn the beginning I was told anything over 25 hours was considered overtime and that's how its always showed on my previous checks and on the OR Monday however I just looked at my pay stub and it showed 28 hrs regular pay and the rest in overtime. So is it only the extra shifts we work considered overtime?

Yea we lost a bunch as PTers in the last contract in my local. We no longer can leave after 5 hours....OT is mandatory if necessary. And while we have the right to work based on seniority, seniority has no bearing on leaving first....sending guys home is at the discretion of management.Sounds like an article 40 beat down.
If your shift runs 11 hours you would get 6 hours OT. But other than that,OT is after 8 hours.Even if it's just one shift?
