Read a post here recently and someone advised a p/t loader to sign up for full time each and every year.
Are there advantages to signing up each year? I've only been with ups for a year and found out real quick,
senority is all that matters! Job performance and attendance means nothing. My hub has a long full time wait, usually 8 to 10 years. So i figured why bother signing up? Thanx for any info.

Seniority does prevail..but theres always a chance that the people above you on the list decline the job

Or the people fail their 30 day probation. Or have bad driving records, etc... The list goes on. Just sign it. You never know, you might get lucky.

What is actually considered a bad driving record?

A good indication is when your safe driving placard is written in chalk.
