Anyone know how long it takes for those orders to be filled? So far in computershare it shows the withholding amount as "pending transaction" without a price and the date is 3/30/20...not the last day of the quarter.

FYI. The March 31st $93.42 purchase is now posted on computer share. it took two weeks to post.

It took just one pay period for the amount they take out on my paycheck to show the new amount.

You're quicker than me. I checked last night. I suppose they pushed off the purchase as long as they legally could. $88.75/share, an excellent price.

As soon as I hit 100 shares, I'll stop buying and get off this train. I'd initially thought to roll in/out on a quarterly basis but the conversion/sale fees are robbery.

Conversion/sales fees? What are you talking about? 100 minimum to sell A converts B no fees that’s I’m aware of.

I’m on my way out too. I’m at a break even point after 4 years of investing. This includes the 5% discount and keeping the dividends as straight $$.
$88 was definitely the lowest buy in 4 years, which is nice.

One does have to wait for all 100 shares to be qualified (18 month wait period), right? I’m still a couple years out apparently.

Yes, all 100 shares have to be vested
