Your supervisor may know the answer and/or even get on the website at work so you can order tickets!
This was the same issue as last year. The terminal manager didn't even know. This is the site where I got the link last year.

We have an announcement hanging up at work about it. If I remember (IF being the key word) I will try and take a picture of it and post it ASAP so you can have the info.

Not sure what it is , but remember lakeside fun days (back in the day with lakeside amusement park denver.) Local steal workers out of rocky flats put it on. The union put on a cheap fun picnic day at a local attraction. Would love to see something like this again, will bring it up at the next meeting!
