Ever seen a pter making 26 an hour? Your wrong. Also, union has failed new hires maybe except for the northeast region or on the west coast.

I’m a 19 year plus PT sorter making $26 an hour. Biggest difference now compared to when I started is that nobody gets trained anymore they just get tossed into the fire and have no clue what to do which brings everything crumbling down. I’d say 1 out of 10 new PT package handlers have a decent work ethic at first and that usually goes away within a few weeks after management abuses them while the crappy workers get to put their feet up. I tell every new worker to quit ASAP so whenever they start complaining about all the nonsense I ask “what did I tell you on your first day??”

Ups doesn't care about any of us, that's old news. Its the union reps that are "fighting" for us we're concerned about

The union too.. why keep them pat 5 years and be vested let them pay us dues for 50 months and send them away. Fight for better contract not just for you
