It’s a job somewhere in between 22.2 and 22.4

Many different jobs with all different pay rates. Porters, clerks and many more. The very good 22.3s are reserved for long time employees. Porter and clerk. 20+ years minimum to grab one of them. Then there are really crappy 22.3 jobs. Split shift air driver, reload.

22.3 jobs have marvel pay rates you have your inside rate and your air drive rate
it's not a bad deal if you have lots of years of service but if you're a rookie driver your paychecks are going to suck
