I’m currently a 22.3 in a PM Air/ Car Wash job, I signed and won a bid for an Inside/ Inside Combo. When I won the bid Management told me I couldn’t move until after peak had ended. Now they are trying to push back the date till late January early February because they say there is a a lack of drivers and they can’t train them yet do to peak. Is there anyway that I can that I can do to get me into the job I bidded on faster, I feel like they are trying to hold me for as long as they can in my current job. I’m also on a split pay rate for the current air job… The reason I need to be out as soon as possible. I am out of Local 135 just in case the Ryder says something different other than the Master
