They tried to charge me with dishonesty and falsifying a Diad when I did this, at the request of my center manager. Luckily, my center manager stood up for me. I was worried, though. Dead to rights, as you might say. I don't see it as attacking Upstate, more of "holy crap! You better be careful doing that!!". JMO.
