Have confidence. I’ve met more than a few upsers from all over the country the past few weeks and most mentioned overwhelmingly positive results.
It’s going to pass and we’re getting paid
I’m pretty positive the national will pass. I’m not worried if supplements don’t. We Will get the pay eventually, and I’ll get to watch people who bitched and moaned about it not being enough of a pay, raise, bitch and moan about having to wait to get this raise.

Yep. You nailed it. I was thinking the same thing but you put it better than I could have.

That’s what the IBT says. The votes electronic, so there’s no need to count ballots. It’s all done within a few seconds as soon as they push a button.
They still have to have observers to oversee the process. I also believe ( and I could be wrong) they have to check the eligibility of each vote cast.

Probably true, it’s not like a US Presidential election or anything where you can bypass all that silliness.
Especially if the outcome is predetermined.

A lot of people have been very vocal about voting yes or no. The questions are how will the silent majority vote and will the part timers show up in force?

Then the "Blame Game"... Belly Aching members will start name calling those other Greedy members in other areas and conferences for voting their conscience, saw it happen with the last two.

I expect it will go like the last one, Master passes, one to four supplemental or riders that don't.

Here's how it always is.

Those that say "No" are usually young, less senior employees that follow rumors and social media. For example, that viral misunderstanding that the "pension is frozen". Usually young and less senior employees don't even have it on their mind but the minute its on social media then they feel as if they're at a loss. Similarly many people loved the pay jump initially but the minute the socialists and other groups said they deserve more, then they felt they were at a loss.

Those that say "Yes" believe in the contract and have the conviction that its good. They will vote. Those that follow social media and rumors tend not to vote.

With that being said, I believe it will pass with a large margin due to many people not voting at all.
