40 drivers layed off

Earlier in the thread, talking about drivers being laid off or working in the center.
We had a FT driver helping preload this AM and he seemed to be a tad red faced.

Not a knock on you. But if they ran preload like package, things would get done better.

Management doesn't have a good preload plan. Go here,go there. Help this guy ,,fix this, fix that. Get one job done at I time ,then you go help the next person.

Maybe not explaining clearly. But if you drove, then went inside....you would go insane.

They don't want you to think at all.

So you think the reason for all the hiring is if you have 60 full time drivers and everyone has to have a day off the cover drivers would pretty much be full time?
