We have three guys that load five and one guy that loads six. The guy that loads six however has two trailers (TP60's or whatever) and his routes are pretty rural.

Thats crazy.. 4 trucks max, and in my opinion that is too many. 3 guys loading 15 trucks, should be 5 guys loading 3/ea...

3 trucks is optimum. No misloads, every package in it's place and the drivers are happy.

Nothing is done with the consignee's in mind. Remember, the customer is the shipper and not the consignee. Also our planning is done in Fantasy Land where there is no traffic, weather, all the places we deliver to are ready to sign right away, all docks are open, all stops have an average of 16 steps to and from the front door, COD's are always filled out and ready for us.....
