I was locked out of UPSers for a while. The policy used to be to block people 6 months after they retired but that was eventually changed. Mostly because some information for retirees was still posted there. They had completely deleted my account and had no record of my history so I had to register again, That was about a year ago.

I couldn't find a phone number either so had to send an e-mail. Despite the claims on the site of responses within 24 hours it was 3 or 4 days before they answered me and reset my account.
