In 2022, Amazon switched it to mid-July because they knew what a raw deal you UPSers got during the pandemic. The volume should work it's way through the system before the strike.

Is this why Amazon made new expanded arrangements for returns?

Pretty sure Amazon didn’t and still doesn’t give A flying :censored2: about Upsers, either during the pandemic, before it or after. They move most of their Prime Day volume themselves now anyway, it’s been 5 or 6 years since this was a thing around here at UPS.

Um, amazon prime day was originally July every year. It's only been different 2 years. It's always taken about 4 days for it to all get delivered. Enjoy the extra OT and 9.5 penalty pay.

Plus, wasn’t it always a full week, not just 2 days? I remember it being the week after Father’s Day, just as the kids were getting out of school.
