So if your only viable choice to make a living is to sell your ability to labor to a company/someone else, does that also count as no choice at all ... commie? :wink-very:

I don’t work at UPS anymore.
Its why AB5 in CA was such a big deal for unions. It pretty much made all of Amazon's driver's "employees" and not contractors. Of course amazon is fighting it in the courts.
Do they still need to fight it? Didn’t Prop 22 give them the win?

"When counting ended Thursday night, there were 1,100 votes against unionization and 463 votes in support, with about half the ballots counted. The preliminary results put Amazon ahead by more than a 2-1 margin."

Amazon has a 600+ vote lead with about 1600 votes left to count.

Should have tried in a more union friendly state. Once one see the benefits of increased pay and bennies, wouldn't be a hard in less friendly areas.
