Good luck from me too. I hope you got the specialist pre-approved. I doubt they'd deny something like a catheterization, but things like MRI's are getting turned down all the time now.

What you and others are saying makes me wonder what I'll be hearing from Anthem. But it literally was life or death so I'll just have to deal with it. 6 more years and I'll be buying cheap meds in South America and hopefully leaving FedEx will help with the health. Thanks again guys!
