"We" are more than happy to let the company make decisions. "We" just get tired of the decisions that hurt us. "They" never seem to tire of finding ways to hurt us. "You" will support anything that lines your pockets.

I do like the direction the company is going and believe we will be better off because of it.

Perhaps over at Ground, things are moving in the right direction from your perspective. Over here at Express, it seems to headed in the opposite direction toward the WalMart business model.
