    In my local of the 50+ NLRB violations alleged every single one was withdrawn by the charging party or had the case dismissed in favor of the local. All of the cases had indicated that settlements had gone unamended.

    Except one withdrawn, amended.

    But hey, shoot for the stars, kid.

    Seasonal employees at local 25 successfully used them to get their paychecks back from the union.
