Open both side doors, increase speed to 35 mph. Problem solved.

Still working on why it does not work when stopped. Maybe attach USB fan to Phone, aim towards face (careful do not insert blade into eye) Safety First! , sit back and feel the cool.

On the really hot days I open the bulkhead, then walk out the door using 3 points of contact while making sure I establish firm footing on each step. Then I walk to the rear door. Open it. Walk back to the side door ascending back into the cab using 3 points of contact. By this time the hot air has dissipated a little bit. I then grab the packages I need. I placed them on the floor of the cab and close the bulkhead door. I exit the vehicle using three points of contact making sure that I established firm footing on each step. I walk to the back of the package car to make sure that I secure the rear door. Then I walked back to the side door to grab the packages and proceed to deliver the stop. Staying cool really makes economic sense.
