I have an issue, that I'm hoping someone can help me with.

I'm visiting my parents near there and I have to return back home early and I'm hoping to snag my box first thing in the morning on Friday.

I stopped by the center today and the clerk just kept giving me the "have to make 1 attempt" run around.

Rather than going through the cafe, why don't you call your home center, ask an OMS or someone that knows you, to call the center in TN. Give them the tracking # and ask that they hold it at the TN center.

If you do not have the tracking number, you are wasting everyone's time.

Only at the delivering center, not the originating center. It appears that the OP is asking to PU a package at the originating center.

No, it's coming from MO to TN.

I just want them to hold it at the destination center.

I have the tracking number.

My choice just make sure you get request in before start of sort it gets unloaded or that will cause troubles. You may even be able to pick it up tomorrow if it gets unloaded soon enough. Just don't tell anyone I told you that

Sign your parents up, and put your name as a resident there or alias.

Track the package, somewhere on the page, you should be able to click 'hold at center.' If not, call you center and have them call. I have done that before and it worked perfectly.
