If sorting is so easy, why not pass the sort test and try it. Make the extra Dollar an hour.
Don't go chasing an extra dollar if you don't want to work.
$0 extra. I don't get hardware trucks though and more importantly, I can't go to work and slum it. It's against my character.
Sorting is probably the most physically demanding job I've done at ups and mentally it's no cake walk.

I've seen guys lose their job because they couldn't learn the sort.
I've seen more than a few gung-ho guys like yourself start out crushing trailers and talking
about your coworkers. The ones that are still employed figured out when to turn it on and when to hold back. I'm not endorsing the lazy asses that are constantly checking their phones, hiding in the restroom, etc. but theres no need to blast the sort aisle out of some misplaced macho duty of manhood.
And you should refrain from using a site that's intended for people who have actually worked for ups.
