Same. All the zoomer drivers in my building cant afford a decent home and are paying rent damn near my mortgage.
The way it’s headed is that more people will opt for multiple families living in the same household. Might as well make it your own family. Unless the market corrects itself in the future which I don’t see it happening tbh.

100k invested in the S&P500
Fully paid off home.

The S&P did pretty well over the past decade.
Look at how much you’re making on your 401k. If you got 500k depending on your age you’re doing pretty well in most situations. I’d recommend to keep doing what got you there 👍.
