It would make for a funny movie. Somehow the two get blamed for something and the law and rival gangs are after them both.
The fact is murders and other violent crime in NYC went way down. Which racial/ethnic group do you think benefited the most? If the number of murders goes down by hundreds annually then yes thousands of lives were saved by his policies. You're so busy looking for racism in everything a Republican does that you can't see, don't want to see the good.
By the way under Bill de Blasio's policies murder has gone way up.

You aren't aware of how much crime has spiked in NYC? How cops have retired or quit in droves because of the mayor's policies? But cops don't deter crime according to you so who cares?
