Beat me in MA. It'll be $44.96 in 3rd highest cost of living state behind only CA & HI. I keep wondering why pay is so close across country regardless of cost of living. California and Mississippi almost the same pay? Makes no sense. Most other industries make this market adjustment.

You can see it during negotiations when people from LCOL areas say they don’t care what the raise is but that’s all people in my norcal building cared about, except the old guys who bought houses 30 years ago.
