Different loader every day. Im just a cover driver. Also doesnt help that 350 pieces are going into a p500
Then it's on management to put you in a package car that is big enough where damages are not an issue, tell management and let them eat :censored2: and deal with the loss if they choose to leave us.

UPS doesn't insure glass.
Are you sure? I worked for a glass company in the ‘80s. We sent out 5-40 pkgs a day. Mostly heat glass for wood stoves. Rarely had a damage. I believe claims were paid without a hitch.

Whenever my load is messed up I ask my very first bulk stop take pictures of it with me on the picture posing as if im getting the parcels out of the pc, this way when i get call into the office for being over or whatever i can show the pictures that someone else took.
Proof it was a bad load and proof i didnt took those pictures.
