Then it's on management to put you in a package car that is big enough where damages are not an issue, tell management and let them eat and deal with the loss if they choose to leave us.

Are you sure? I worked for a glass company in the ‘80s. We sent out 5-40 pkgs a day. Mostly heat glass for wood stoves. Rarely had a damage. I believe claims were paid without a hitch.

Whenever my load is messed up I ask my very first bulk stop take pictures of it with me on the picture posing as if im getting the parcels out of the pc, this way when i get call into the office for being over or whatever i can show the pictures that someone else took.
Proof it was a bad load and proof i didnt took those pictures.
