120 year old home at 320 Day Street in San Fransisco sold last week for 1.97 MILLION dollars. It was listed as having NO bedrooms and one bathroom. SMH
Wow! I read the listing and it had a pending sale on 12/16/21 for $995,000. There must’ve been a bidding war to jack the price up to 1.97 million. Listing says it’s the worst house on the best block. Plus, it comes with two parking spaces. In a city like SF, I’m sure those are worth a mint.

A complete remodel only requires one wall to remain. No matter what you haters think or want to portray California as, our real estate is the most in demand in the country. 😂
Again, it depends on the age. In SF, houses over 50 years could be determined to be an “historic resource” when one files for building permits. Then, rules are a lot stricter. Unless the house has structural damage.
