Can a part time yard shifter use a steward within the hub to file a grievance?

Feeder steward isn’t much help… steward inside the hub is much more aggressive can I use him to file on a seniority issue since we would both still be PT employees?

Ask your Business Agent, because if you have part-time yard shifters in your local, there is probably a lot of other silly crap going on there.

Part time shifter like combo job? We have 22.3s who shift for a few hours and work the pallet dock for a few hours or park and fuel the straight jobs. I’ve never heard of a part time shifter.
