Can an employee be terminated for not taking the vaccine?

Currently, no.

SCOTUS set to hear the case.

If vax mandate upheld. Then, I believe yes. As I understand it, there is a $14.5k fine for each employee infraction. I don't know the details of the mandate. UPS WOULD have to comply. I believe unvaxed to be 30-50%. I do not believe UPS would pay for weekly testing, making the employee choose.

I noticed NYC making delivery people vaxed....I don't know how this applies at UPS.

My gut says the mandate upheld. Due to John Roberts and Obama care. A liberal hiding in plain sight. Therefore, an enemy of the USA..

You want a toe? I can get you a toe.
I'm thinking UPS might end up doing what Starbucks is doing.
Starbucks employee's either get vaxed or take weekly tests (that the employee must pay for).
2022 is gonna be crazy (my prediction)
Which is hilarious because the vaccinated are catching and spreading it and by the time you have a high enough viral load to test positive on a rapid test you’ve been contagious for a few days.
