You are not going far enough. Health is everyone's problem. UPS should also be checking on and stopping any "unhealthy" behavior you and your fellow citizens are engaging in.

They do here. And the State will downgrade your license in a heartbeat. I've been getting countdown letters to my DOT physical date from the State. Same from the dispatch office.
