He LOVES working Saturday & Sunday.
He doesn't care how many hours you schedule him....the more the merrier.
He wants to make less money than current drivers....it puts him in a lower tax bracket.

Goodluck getting that 6 to 1 off the street hire. If not, then expect to unload trucks at minimum wage 20 hours a week for several years. Maybe he would get lucky amd become a driver in a year if a center has driver retiring or quitting.
